This is a simple way to de-stress, even though it may seem mundane. Burn the things that are bothering you.

Overworking yourself can lead to stress. Take some time off, get real rest and recharge your brain during breaks.

Resolve your personal problems

Many people believe that inability to work effectively is caused by instability in their personal lives. Your brain wants you to get rid of your pains. If you’re constantly fighting your brain to be productive at work, you may not have addressed your pain.
